Our Commitment to Collaboration

Grace Springs Homes believes that housing stability is strongest when it is built through collaboration.

We work alongside community partners to provide safe, stable, adult housing placements for individuals transitioning out of homelessness. Our role is to offer quality housing while partnering organizations provide supportive services aligned with each resident’s needs.

Our Role as a Housing Provider

Grace Springs Homes provides housing only. We do not offer clinical, medical, therapeutic, or case management services.

Our responsibilities include:

  • Providing clean, safe, and structured adult housing

  • Coordinating move-in timelines

  • Communicating clearly with referral partners

  • Maintaining housing standards and house guidelines

Supportive services remain the responsibility of the referring organization or assigned case manager.
