Our gender-specific homes are fully furnished, thoughtfully managed, and guided by clear house standards designed to promote peace, accountability, and long-term stability.

Who We Serve

Grace Springs Homes serves adults who have reliable income and are seeking affordable shared housing, including:

  • Working adults

  • SSI/SSDI recipients

  • Veterans

  • Individuals referred by community agencies

We partner with local organizations, case managers, and referral sources to provide dependable housing placements throughout Jacksonville.

Eligible Residents Include:

  • Adults with verified housing vouchers (preferred)

  • Veterans with housing subsidies

  • Adults referred by community partners

  • Individuals with reliable income (self-pay considered case-by-case)

  • All Grace Springs Homes follow consistent standards to ensure safety and peace:

    • Shared responsibility for cleanliness

    • Respectful community living

    Residents who cannot follow house standards may be asked to leave to protect the safety of the home.
